Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

If you work hard, you get promoted and the people there are amazing. Compensation and benefits are on the high end and it's a perfect place for someone out of college.

Cons

MJ is an inconsistent leader and lacks long term vision. He will tear people to shreds in public when they don't agree with him.

Advice to Management

Replace Mike with a competent CEO, listen more to the organization.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

you get 30% off clothing with the quarterly 50% so you can always wear the new styles, online management of hours/days off, flexible.

    Cons

managers aren't much more experienced than you, the work day goes by really slow, all you do is fold clothes and say "hey what's up" to whoever walks in, no room for growth, horrible pay, retail hours.

    Advice to Management

instead of making us re-apply to be a manager you should look to those who have worked hardest and longest.
