I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I've met a lot of my best friends through working with the company. Pretty good discount. Easy job to move up if you do well and you are good looking. (no joke). International opportunities.

    Cons

Required to judge people. Only hire good looking people even if they would be a great worker. Overworked and underpaid. Too many customers complain about music/smell/marketing.

    Advice to Management

Pay us more!!! we work hard.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

30% off of clothes. You can change your schedule at any time. You have over 60+ coworkers, so it's not difficult finding someone to cover your shift last minute or ahead of time. The stockroom (where you spend most of your time) is like a hangout spot. You'll have at least two cool managers. Coworkers are pretty nice for the most part, you'll always leave the store with a few new friends.

    Cons

Short breaks. Workload and pay rate don't match. Your bag must be checked by management before you leave. No jewelry. Pretty strict on looks (i.e. no facial hair; hairstyles: no braids, tight ponytails, etc.) Girls can only wear polish if it's red, pink, clear or nude. Go-backs.
