I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great team environment. You'll have an enjoyable experience if you love the brand and the clothes. They ask pretty easy questions during the interview, and you receive decent discounts on apparel.

Cons

Pretty simple tasks, really no challenges or opportunities to move up. It's hard to stick around when you don't believe in the company. The company's look policy is ridiculous, I once was forced to wash my face because my mascara made me look too "made up."

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The employees are great people to work with. I continued my relationships with them after quitting.

    Cons

The shifts are much longer than 8 hours. Your schedule changes constantly throughout the week, making it extremely hard to know how to plan activities after work. You are paid nothing, but worked to the bone. They force you to buy new clothing from the store constantly, and those individuals who do not keep up with the trends are not scheduled for shifts.

    Advice to Management

Respect the employees by lessening the workload and increasing the pay.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is good experience for retail and has opportunity if you want to be a model and what not. Good high school job and good place to work for a time being.

    Cons

You do the ame stuff and deal with the same things everyday on a daily basis so it is difficult to really do more.
