I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun environment, great office, good dress code, great corporate parties, good employee discount, gym at office, great cafeteria, don't have to deal with hussle of downtown

    Cons

Ego company, not friendly, work you to death, ridiculous policies, don't give realistic job descriptions, cutthroat environment, move up by sucking up and drinking the corporate kool-aide.

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great management training program, fun atmosphere

    Cons

High expectations with minimal staffing, Large focus on employee appearance-promotions almost seem based on this

    Advice to Management

Understaffing in the stores is a huge issue. Also if you continue to hire based solely on appearance you will not be successful-there needs to be more of a balance
