    I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time

    Pros

Well for starters, everyone is so good looking. It's nice to stare at attractive people your whole shift. Everyone who works for the company is young, so everyone seems to understand eachother. Easy job, you aren't expected to do much of anything.

    Cons

Growing up I thought this would be my dream job but it wasn't. Every shift usually drags on and you're stuck in the same spot for hours bc managers often forget about you. It's the worst place to work when you're in a bad mood and the customers are usually always freaking out about the music and pricing. You will never get a raise. Even though everyone is young, the managers often think they're above everyone even though they are probably the same age as you. A lot of high school drama.

    Advice to Management

Better structure, don't leave people zoned in the same place for a whole shift!!!

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice discounts for clothing and you get to pick your own hours

    Cons

The long-term employees were rude, snooty, and not welcoming for new comers, you have to work a minimum of 3-5 hours each shift, the managers were not helpful during training or your first days there so I basically had to figure things out myself and get in trouble if i did it wrong, and it gets boring during the slow hours

    Advice to Management

Be more aware of worker-worker interaction and don't play favorites
