    Pros

Get to me some nice people.

    Cons

The lack of leadership, upper management doesn't give enough employee hours to successfully run the stores, theft is easier at A&F stores, and turnover rate is horrible.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have a very regimented corporate structure that allows new managers to learn at a very fast pace and cultivate a strong standard, but you will learn the majority of those things on your own. They promote from within so if you work hard you can get promoted fast, but with little pay raise.

    Cons

The turnover rate is absurdly high, most managers will quit by their fourth month. The competence of management varies excessively and the majority of them will bad mouth an bash each other behind their backs (i.e. a very hostile work environment). The CEO is a stubborn idiot who is resistant to change and seems to rather see his company crash and burn than to alter his idea of what the brand should be.

    Advice to Management

The superficiality of the recruiting process doesn't allow stores to have enough management staff which forces managers to be consistently overworked, which is why so many quit. The culture that is forced upon its employees is outdated and not relatable to the current market and seems to turn more people off to the brand than bringing people into the store.
