I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Many of the other employees were fun to be around.
The job wasn't difficult at all- you get paid to stand around and flirt with people.

Cons

The loud music and the loud cologne often leads to headaches.
The company is extremely racist- I was often asked to follow non-White customers around the store.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Employee discount; low hours, only part time, so could be good if you're in school.

    Cons

Low pay, RIDICULOUS policies (no nail polish, not even French or nude they'll send you home), no jewelry no black, or anything basically not A&F. Where I worked in Denver the managers are awful; they talk trash about coworkers and employees behind their backs; they're rude and unhelpful. Very childish environment and not professional whatsoever. Had to stay late many times to make up for the work no one else did. Plus i was embarrassed to say I worked there because of the CEO's notoriety as being a jerk who hates anyone over a size 10 (which isnt even fat IMHO)..

    Advice to Management

Hire better managers, change policies, basically change everything!
