    Pros

None at all. Can't say anything nice about a place that purposely deceives applicants, uses them, and then acts like you're wrong for pointing out their dishonesty.

    Cons

    1. Abrams is absolutely out for themselves and the selfish interests of their clients and will throw the employee under the bus without a second thought after they get what they want.
    2. Bait and switch salary offer (so they can keep more for themselves).
    3. Hothead recruiter jumps on you at every turn, and if you don't act like some little kid patiently waiting to be filled up with his "vast knowledge", then you're "ungrateful". You basically are expected to kiss his shoe and act like you enjoy it or else he won't let you have the job.
    4. Colludes with the client companies to deceive applicants! They "carrot and stick" you to death with attractive job offer that seems great, then begin chipping away to bring you down under their control, use you, and then pretend like you're "unstable" if you say anything in rightful protest of their injustice.

First, you'll receive slightly lower salary than what was initially told (so they keep more), but just small enough difference so they know you won't jump off the hook. Then, the work hours/schedule will be different than what you were led to believe.

Next, other VERY important details about the job will be left out (and you'll find that out only on your first day showing up to work). You won't have any chance at all to ever become part of the client company. You're basically expected to be "seen and not heard" slave, solve a short-term problem, and then GO AWAY like a good little disposable and EXPENDABLE asset that you are to them.

The long-term aspect of the job (as advertised) will disappear right out from under your feet! Meaning, they'll lead you on to believe you'll have a long-term assignment. In reality, they're probably tricking you into "putting out fire" in the short term and then let you go on any madeup excuse, basically using you in the process and then throwing you away like garbage! Never mind that you're a living human being trying to make a living. They don't care about you at all!

Finally, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY and not pay!!!

This is why much of the job description and details will be VERBAL in nature and never written down (to give them leeway to say and do whatever they want after the fact).

ATS is one of the most unethical, dishonest, back-stabbing, lying, two-faced places I've ever seen. They are out only for their clients, which is actually for themselves. ATS will continue to be paid while you're BURNED due to their lack of integrity. Oh, and one reason why? You might notice that all of the owners/staff have "names that end with vowels" if you catch my meaning about who and what is important to them (only themselves and the "family" in other words).

There are much better temp agencies out there. Do yourself a favor and find them!

    Advice to Management

Stop doing business with unethical, dishonest, lying, two-faced clients who use and abuse your employees! You have an ethical and legal duty to step in and protect your people, and to tell the client when they are WRONG!

YOUR FIRST LOYALTY IS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO DO ALL THE WORK, NOT THE CLIENTS WHO COME AND GO!
