Great mission. CEO engages with staff. Company very much focused on training staff for equity, diversity, and inclusion, and building that culture. Great if you are not privileged. Great package for time off, although use it or lose it, adding stress on management to address capacity.
Cons
Salary is below industry and competitors. Have to wait for years for full benefits to help balance low base pay. No enforcement of equitable pay and adjustments. There is a lot, a lot of turnover at senior positions. Financial outlook is not stellar and staff are not held accountable for business targets. Most staff are remote with empty office space, making it difficult to engage. Too much computer based HR training. Too much expectation to take on work that is not funded. Staff are under resourced. EDIA program is more extreme than other companies and can leave privileged staff with a feeling of not being included and feeling as inferior to other staff in the eyes of executive leadership.
