Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Abu Dhabi Education Council full-time (More than a year)

Pros

The pay and chance to explore a new country were very satisfying. The opportunity to meet caring teachers from all over the world. Learning first hand about a different culture with amazing generosity.

Cons

No consequences for bad student behavior. Lack of resources making teaching the ADEC approved curriculum difficult. Colleagues operating in hostile, domineering power trip way.

Advice to Management

Care about the teachers' recommendations, dignity, and welfare. You will retain more teachers that way! Pay teachers by the number of classes they teach per week.
