    Humanistic, empathetic, strict professionals, cruel quality control, and compassionate guidance for the employees almost 24 hours round. They demand only one thing ... Honesty.

    Cons

    I don't find any. The company is all correct, literally.

    I worked at Academia Research for more than a year

    Pros

    There were always new jobs to take year round. I never once experienced a shortage of work orders, even over the summer or winter break.

    Cons

    There were a few times when payments were late. I was never shorted or paid less than I should have been, but there was one time when they were two weeks late paying me.

    I have been working at Academia Research for more than a year

    Pros

    The assignments are relatively easy and you can earn decent money, especially in the spring.

    Cons

    New order acquiting policy actually reduced the number of orders. Although I have all positive grades, after getting promoted, the number of customers I get is actually dramatically reduced.
