I joined last 2007 but I stopped due to my class schedule, but I am back - the site has changed a lot for the better! Though I can't pick several orders, the professionalism is unquestionably 101%! The staff are professional, very caring to the writers!

Honestly, there's none. Academia is almost perfect!

There were always new jobs to take year round. I never once experienced a shortage of work orders, even over the summer or winter break.
Cons
There were a few times when payments were late. I was never shorted or paid less than I should have been, but there was one time when they were two weeks late paying me.

The assignments are relatively easy and you can earn decent money, especially in the spring.
Cons
New order acquiting policy actually reduced the number of orders. Although I have all positive grades, after getting promoted, the number of customers I get is actually dramatically reduced.
