I have been working at Academia Research full-time for more than a year
Pros
One of the greatest advantages here is that working hours are highly flexible, so you can construct your schedule as you want. Another good thing about it is the timely payment which pleases me the most. I’ve been working here for couple of months already, so you can easily take it from me. Besides, I like this job also because it involves summarizing and synthesizing information. The work is aimed at people who... find their writing skills good enough to cope with academic writing. So if you are comfortable with your writing skills – you are always welcomed here, the writer’s vacancies are almost all time available. So good luck in your free-lance writing.

In a high season you have less time for your personal life.
Advice to Management
Kindly asking you to increase CPP for your loyal writers.
I worked at Academia Research for more than a year
Pros
There were always new jobs to take year round. I never once experienced a shortage of work orders, even over the summer or winter break.
Cons
There were a few times when payments were late. I was never shorted or paid less than I should have been, but there was one time when they were two weeks late paying me.
Advice to Management
Keep your payments on time and your good writers won't have reason to seek work from other sites. I had to work for other sites because I could not go one month without getting paid because payments were late.
I worked at Academia Research part-time for less than a year
Pros
While I was working with Academia-Research.com, I was paid promptly. In addition to prompt payment, their support staff addresses concerns efficiently as well.
Cons
Thas has been few assignments in my field of expertise lately and projects are geared towards the sciences, hence little to no orders were available to be assigned to those who are more adept at Communication, the Arts and the Social Sciences.
Advice to Management
It would be great to see a balance in the projects available for writers to work on. Perhaps creating a forum for writers would also be a good idea.
