Good selection of orders to choose from. very challenging...
Cons
They are pro-customers, not pro-writers. they fine you without listening to you. the minute a customer complains, they set an order to dispute and they say they're gonna review the order, but without actually asking you about the order, they impose fines. huge fines!!
Advice to Management
try taking care of your writers too so that you would not lose them. there are good writers who would bend over backwards for you, now and then, we too have our side to the story.

There were always new jobs to take year round. I never once experienced a shortage of work orders, even over the summer or winter break.
Cons
There were a few times when payments were late. I was never shorted or paid less than I should have been, but there was one time when they were two weeks late paying me.
Advice to Management
Keep your payments on time and your good writers won't have reason to seek work from other sites. I had to work for other sites because I could not go one month without getting paid because payments were late.

While I was working with Academia-Research.com, I was paid promptly. In addition to prompt payment, their support staff addresses concerns efficiently as well.
Cons
Thas has been few assignments in my field of expertise lately and projects are geared towards the sciences, hence little to no orders were available to be assigned to those who are more adept at Communication, the Arts and the Social Sciences.
Advice to Management
It would be great to see a balance in the projects available for writers to work on. Perhaps creating a forum for writers would also be a good idea.
