I have been working at Academia Research part-time for more than 5 years
Pros
I have been associated with this company since 2009 as a Premium Resume Writer, and found it 100% genuine and true. Academia Research is a company of professionals and they fulfil their commitments with its writers. They pay on the committed dates and I did not find anything hidden.
Cons
The customer support response time is relatively slow. At times I had to wait for hours/days to get their reply.

There were always new jobs to take year round. I never once experienced a shortage of work orders, even over the summer or winter break.
Cons
There were a few times when payments were late. I was never shorted or paid less than I should have been, but there was one time when they were two weeks late paying me.

The assignments are relatively easy and you can earn decent money, especially in the spring.
Cons
New order acquiting policy actually reduced the number of orders. Although I have all positive grades, after getting promoted, the number of customers I get is actually dramatically reduced.
