I have been working at Acapulco/EL Torito Restaurants part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This job is really flexible and usually more than willing to help work with other job work schedules. The money is pretty decent, not great, for the amount of time you working.

    Cons

Like any job sometimes you have to work with very difficult people. Also the bigger bosses in corporate have really lacked in service and it seems it the restaurants are on a down trend.

    Advice to Management

While I understand they are likely a tax write off. Corporate provides too many coupons to the people it cuts sales and screws the servers. You should learn to appreciate the people who run the restaurants. One manager was working for the company for 20 plus years and you let them go when they went on medical leave.
