    I worked at AccentCare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The pros are the same with all home health, you get to be out of the office, helping people that need you the most, where you are needed the most.

    Cons

    Productivity requirement can't be accomplished in an 8 hour day, then you get a reprimand for overtime. Office staff are back biting and gossip mongers. If you have a choice, work somewhere else.

    I have been working at AccentCare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    We are here for a good cause, healthcare of the elderly. The people on my team are amazing and I could not have asked for better people to spend this much time with.

    Cons

    We are a 10 year old start up company. Since mergers, we are still not streamlined or merged in systems or processes. The new executive staff seems to be more about money than the people. Really hurts the morale of those that put blood, sweat and tears into this place and away from thier families.

    Advice to Management

    My advice, remember that the support center, supports the field. There are lots of benefits and recognition being given to them. Yes, they keep us in jobs and for that I am greatful. However, without the support center, they would not have the tools needed to support thier jobs. It would be nice to be recognized for this some times.
