    The standard consulting issues - travel, travel, travel, long hours

    Advice to Management

    When a project is underbid, management needs to be more proactive and willing to step in and address with the client - as opposed to just expecting the team to work 24/7 to get it done anyway. While we don't usually mind working hard - when it happens over and over, the people do burn out.
