    Pros

    1. Flexibility to work from home or office when not on client site: This is given in most consulting firms and Accenture follows it too.
    2. Quality of work depends on quality of individual: I have worked for quite a few management consulting firms now, but I have never seen the kind of flexibility that Accenture-GTIN offers. If you want a front end management consulting work, it gives you that opportunity. At the same time if you need some time at your home location, it provides with an offshore opportunity. This works wonderfully well
    3. Category and remuneration as per the quality of personnel: GTIN hires from KPO/IT firms. At the same time it hires from reputed B schools like IIM A B C and ISB along with management consulting professionals with substantial years of experience from companies like AT Kearney, Mckinsey & Co, Deloitte consulting, Bain and other top players. It has two different categories of people so that these guys dont get clubbed with KPO/IT guys. This category is called Global Collaborative Management Consulting (GCMC) and offers profile and remuneration at par with any other management consulting player in India. If you are from a KPO/IT firm, joining GTIN, you would be doing same work as in your earlier companies. No management consulting work for you, only backend analytics!!
    4. Some of the global clients, see the world!!
    5. They take good care of employees who are travelling in terms of per diems and quality of lodging, support etc.
    6. Middle and top management is very approachable. However one in cabins dont interact much with staff barring few exceptions!!
    7. It claims to have lowest attrition in industry, there must be something good about them!!

    Cons

    1. GTIN is hiring KPO/IT people for backened types work. It destroys the brand of Management Consulting!! There are people who are plain graduates/post graduates, earning low salaries, claiming to work for the same outfit as some of the management consulting professionals!! These are the same guys cribbing about low work quality of GTIN. Guys please see your experience before compalining about quality of work. How can GTIN sell you for management consulting work when you have no experience of the same!! Even these guys who perform well get an opportunity for MC work with right networking and skills!!

    Advice to Management

GTIN now is becoming bigger. It will be much appreciated if you could separate the Analytics and IT from management consulting personnel.
