Pros

The senior management provide you with many options such as work from home/flexible working hours.

You can choose what technology you want to work on. I have worked on Manual and Automation testing/Development and Prod support.Changing technology may not be that easy.

Promotion/Hike and other rewards are also competitive.

Cons

Although you have felxible working hours but it at time you may be needed to work for 12-20 hrs.

They don't provide option to choose technology when joining as a fresher.

Advice to Management

Should give a chance for fresher to choose the technology he wants to work on. At least this option was not there in Chennai(India) when I join Accenture.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great starting pay if you have a technical degree, good benefits, opportunities for travel if that's what you're into

    Cons

Not very innovative, especially at the analyst level. Since it's such a big company, all of the processes and ways to do things are already established, not leaving much room for critical thinking/problem solving until you've been here for about 3 years. So if you want to do engineering or any kind of creative problem solving, look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Be more open and honest in the recruitment process. Show candidates what they will actually be doing on a daily basis (i.e. Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste, Copy and Paste...)
