Pros

Fun people, open for discussion, great global network and system. You can really feel like you work for a GLOBAL company.

Cons

Aggressive culture, some people have worked there for too long even though they should have been kicked out long time ago.

Advice to Management

Staff issue is always a problem. Plz be more keen as to selecting your people, especially team leaders!

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Lot of projects
    - Option to enhance your technical skills
    - Good training's, both online and class room.
    - Good work life balance

    Cons

    - Heavy middle management
    - Lot of incapable people will be managing you
    - Lot of hierarchy
    - One of the worst performance management procedure. Everything depends on how you keep your supervisor happy, rather than how you perform.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Opportunity to work cross industry
    Good salary and other allowances
    Lot of opportunity to learn
Good thought leadership at the global level

    Cons

People working in this organisation do not have cross culture sensitivity and i have seen some senior leaders responding very rudely often which turns you off totally. This is more prevalent in women executives due to lack of exposure to other geographies
Senior leaders and HR are poor listeners
    Asking questions is a sin
Always works on old boy network. It takes at least 3 to 4 years to gain the visbility by the time you might well loose your ground, core skills
Most disgusting performance review process. This is one good reason for me to think of leaving

People leave organisations because of managers than the organisation. This is one such organisation with good policies but people lack cross cultural sensitivies, listening and exploration of new ideas and thought processes.

    Advice to Management

On rotation send the senior executives(women - partners and senior managers ) to work in emerging markets like India and Indonesia on long term (no fly backs should mingle with local people and learn to appreciate the culture and approach).
On rotation senior executives have to work in US as well where the work ethics, personal privacy are at the best
