I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great pay and opportunities for growth. Nice work environment. Tons of infrastructure and support.

Cons

Did not get relocation and signing bonus before my relocation. It did however post with our first paycheck. Fresh out of college it would have been nice to have it before time to pay for rent deposits and moving expenses.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people - smart, professional, hard working, high levels of integrity
Interesting work available if you have the right skillset and are willing to travel
Great opportunity for new grads ready to work - travel the country/world, work with great people, make decent money, pad your resume

    Cons

Pay can be lower than at other firms
Projects can get long and tedious, and end up being primarily project management work
Can be hard to find projects without specific technical skills, like SAP experience
Hours can be unpredicatble - sometimes you go home at 5PM, sometimes at 5AM

    Advice to Management

You've done a good job filling the company with smart, dilligent people with lots of integrity, and you've put the company on a strong growth trajectory. Some markets lack for interesting projects. The company can be slow to adopt new technologies that smaller, more nimble companies adopt years earlier.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

New joiners are assigned a career counselor and can obtain a mentor as well to help guide them through the onboarding process as well as the Performance Rating process. This company honors diversity and respects the individual as part of it's core values. I feel very well cared for and valued as an employee.

    Cons

Everyone at Accenture is super busy, so getting feedback on projects can be a tricky process, but overall the assigned Career Counselor can usually help.
