I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Global company with more than 250k employees worldwide.
    Real career opportunities.
Limited, but concrete, opportunities to travel to different countries.
Work in English with team and clients from all over the world.

    Cons

Management in Italy has very bad practice of keeping resources hidden from scheduler (which is in any case non-existing in Italy) if they are worth something. This excludes the possibility to move from one senior exec. to another or change projects/clients.

Italian management doesn't do a good job of keeping software projects healthy. It is very common to have cost overruns and to work many overtime hours to deliver as promised.

    Advice to Management

Do not keep resources hidden from scheduler: schedule and release them based on real needs. Rethink how software projects are managed: technical expertise has to be included in the upper levels.
