I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1) Decent salary structure & increment
    2) Good work culture
    3) Great infrastructure
    4) Free commute
    5) Well stocked cafeteria
    6) Lots of Onsite opportunity
    7) Visas are given to employees like distribution of pamphlets

    Cons

    1) Too many processes which are redundant , hence too many MS excel work(most of them have the same content in a different structure - i still haven't figured out what is the need for wasting time????)
    2) Unnecessarily complicated performance appraisal system
    3) Very long work hour(although depends on the client one is working for)
    4) Not so impressive greenfield(freshers) training , hence when a project takes freshers into their team , seniors end up teaching/training them from the basics which ideally the entry level training should have covered. Too many freshers recruited from non IT or computer science background maybe this is the reason.

    Advice to Management

1)Do something about the way too many processes by reducing the redundant excel sheet work and save the TLs.
2)Cut down the 10 hours of work time to 8 hours like any other MNC . Having 10 hours of official work time never helps, i see a lot of people spending nearly 2 to 2.5 hours of each day in cafeteria because of this.
