Pros

Accenture is a really great place to work. They have awesome benefits, competitive salaries, and the opportunity to move up in the company.

Cons

The company is very large and sometimes you don't feel like you know anyone. Travel becomes difficult at times.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Premium brand with unmatched global capabilities. Good to be a shareholder.

    Cons

Since going public a decade ago, Accenture has become a slave to the street and doesn't take care of its employees like it used to. Tenured people get below-market salaries (according to Accenture's own "zones") while new experienced hires get paid above-market. Accenture has grown so big and hired so aggressively that quality of its people is very hit-or-miss. Additionally, it's nearly impossible to make partner. Senior managers selling and delivering $40-50 million annually don't even make it anymore.

    Advice to Management

Don't pay below-market and expect people to stick around. Bring back a sense of community that has been all but lost with the tremendous growth of the company.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Accenture has presence in veriety of applications of Microsoft. You might get chance to work in different enegagements of microsoft that has its own processes and standards. You will get to work directly with the client where you are expected to perform same as any other microsoft developers.
It provides a decent salary to its employees compared to other vendors. It also pays you for OT.

    Cons

If you get a tough client and your job is as an onsite to offshore team coordinator, expect to lose your work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

So far so good. But there should be a proper process for ensuring Work-Life balance.
