I worked at Accenture as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

a good company for me to get more chances in the future, and learned several programming language and statistical method, made new friends

Cons

the progress of the project is slow, and spent too much time on the preparation , which leads to I got no result before I left, and hard to explain this experience in the interviews

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Hard to get fired from.
Accenture will carry you for a long time on the bench
Easy to hide in a large company
    - All the above are good if you are good at politics and bad at work.

    Cons

    Very Long hours
    No work life balance
Do not question SE's who don't know much. They are there because they joined out of college and have been there long enough
HR rules the company. Not the people who earn money
Very limited promotion avenues for experienced people
    Old boys club
    Lots of politics
The management sells a project cheaply and then expects people to work double the time to compensate for the bad project estimation
    Low Salary
Promotion based on how many b@@ls you kiss,
Accenture does not discriminate against women - However, it only promotes women who think like a man!

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Accenture as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working in a team composed of people of different seniority let you learn from each of them. Clients usually are famous companies from different industries.

    Cons

More focused on operations at low levels, without much responsibility. Salary not that high, but in Italy is the same for every internship. Having lot of work to do, more experienced colleagues cannot "train" you that much.
