    Pros

Accenture overall no doubt is the one of the best companies ever to work for.. great work-culture.. work-life balance... flexibilities..and so on, but.....

    Cons

....problem is with the people in Gurgaon, Noida facility.. more than 6 years down the line and the situation is just pathetic.. there are only a handful of projects in Java, SAP,BI and .Net..though mostly maintenance and support but still if you are in one of these and you prefer NCR region then nothing like it.. but if you are on bench (called ITP), then you have had it.... constant pressure to relocate to other locations, all sorts of people calling you day and night to bug you to take PSR or deputation... no effort whatsoever by the management to develop the NCR locations (Gurgaon and Noida).. right from day 1 on ITP they will make your life hell... some duffer will tag refusal against you and HR will threaten you with action and what not... to survive in Gurgaon/Noida, you need a project in your technology, a good manager and reasonably good ratings (and if a promotion or two is thrown in then nothing like it or maybe GCP to onshore)..rest all be damned.. don't ask for hikes, good work, learning etc... beggars cannot be choosers...

    Advice to Management

Why the hell did you open NCR location if Senior Execs won't develop it... why other locations are being developed... Pune started much late, but is being given preference.. if you don't want your guys to move to NCR, atleast buy good locks from the market and close the NCR facilities... but for heaven's sake, don't make life hell for people bench just because they have been rolled-off from their project for no fault of theirs and all they want is to work from Gurgaon/Noida location...
