I worked at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

At Accenture, you work with many talented, hard-working people and there are many opportunities to receive training. Accenture offers excellent benefits: health insurance, vision, dental, 401k, lots of PTO. There are also opportunities to serve in the community and attend programs.

    Cons

Accenture specializes in client work and they assign employees to work with a specific client. You won't feel like you're working for Accenture and it's more like you are working for the client. The client is in charge of everything, including projects, work rules, and work culture. Anything the client does overrides whatever Accenture does. Accenture management defers to client management for everything leaving Accenture employees in the hands of the client.

    Advice to Management

When interviewing candidates, tell them about the client they will be working with. Provide adequate training before sending employees to work for the client.
