    Pros

    *Company has alot of initiatives to reward employee's, such as First Friday (Networking/Happy Hour to get to know other Accenture employees) Thank you Thursday (Free continental breakfast provided) Company picnics,Tele-Commuting etc.
    * Work with really smart and savvy colleagues.
    * Diversity and Inclusivity practiced.
    * Engaged leadership.
    .

    Cons

    - Performance is measured through "Laddering" process which is dependent on how many high profile projects you are associated with or your managers ability to "market" your goals against other employees. This also leads to general hostility within work groups.
    - Company and Leaders tend to over promise and under deliver.
    - Constant state of change, no period of stability to acclimate to changes in policies, procedures or work tasks.
    -Salary seems fair until you factor in how many work hours are expected.

    Advice to Management

    Do away with "Laddering". Continue to communicate honestly with employees. Beware that many times employee's are being worked into the ground and many excellent employee's are leaving the company losing valuable resources and time and money for training of that employee. Corporate culture is not as employee friendly as you would like to think.

    Pros

    Good job flexibility, work from home, good pay and benefits.

    Cons

    If you are a road warrior then you WILL travel a lot. Many of your team mates are in different geographies so you will have late night meetings.
