    Approves of CEO

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, quick career progression possibilities, in Contract Management almost no real responsibilities those are split accross various players in such big organisation as this comp. is. Work very simple for good pay, easy hiring. Quite polite and pleasant work environment.

    Cons

Culture still strongly based on "sponsors" and "supporters" and likes and disklikes, not on actual value add or work, ie. career progression strongly depends on your supervisor/managers and its boss. Some of the management lacks actual experience in the field they manage as they got there purely based on being liked by their boss/or being lucky and since some of them are 20+ years with the company and started as analysts right after high school. Real quality of work not being recognised. High overlaps with other similar functions, lots of excel and data collection, reporting, meetings.

    Advice to Management

The culture of being liked or not needs to change as this has an effect on performance management which is purely subjective. They need to start looking at the real knowledge and the value the employees bring.

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits and location. Most of the people there were generally hard working and honest. We as a country we in a recession but they did what they could for the employees let go.

    Cons

Management's deception when it came to job losses. You can get lost in the shuffle with all the people that work there.

    Advice to Management

Just be honest with your employees when the time comes about possible job losses
