Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Strong and high calibre people and the drive to do right by the customer inherent in day to day work

Cons

High expectations and an ever present eye on the "up or out" performance process often result in heavy impact on work/life balance

Advice to Management

People are the most important asset however with near 10 years of being with the Firm I've seen significant impact of subjectivism in the performance process - unconscious bias still pervades the process with the power of internal networks rising to the fore

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good location. Pretty nice atmosphere. Multinational environment. Management shows some tolerance to employee mistakes and if targets are not met, it is not the end of the world.

    Cons

There are significant differences among the various departments and positions within the company; so only talking for my role. Very slow growth. Strictly stuck to rules and regulations, therefore creativity is unwanted. Little room for operational change.
Average to low financial reward. No real benefits.
Food in canteen, although expensive, is very average.

    Advice to Management

My department is a bit neglected by management. I have been working there for 12 months and I've never seen anyone from top management. So please give us a little bit more part of your attention.
