I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

good compensation and benefits, great opportuities for graduates, excellent people developers, culture of people backing up each other

Cons

quality of new hires has slightly decreased over the last 2 years aggressive offshoring of projects puts too much pressure on onshore teams, too long hours especially if working on delivery-oriented roles

Advice to Management

become truly nimble, to bureaucratic and slow reacting to changes in the industry

I have been working at Accenture as a contractor

    Pros

It's a multinational company. You get a chance to work on big projects and for big clients. You will find a lots of opportunity there.

    Cons

They want you to work for 10 hours a day. If you are joining as a fresher, then you can't choose your field in which you are interested to work. They will just assign you some random technology, whether you are interested or not. They will demand you to participate in cultural events but they will not free you from work so that you can practice.

    Advice to Management

Please, let the candidate opt his skill.
