I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Smart people and good company vision.

    Cons

Very willing to grind you up to hit the mythical deadline.

    Advice to Management

Try a little harder to care about your employees. Don't just mentor because you are required to. Consider what your staff wants more than what the client wants.

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, you receive 8hrs a pay period for PTO, pretty flexible on schedule at least on the project I worked on, work/life balance is good

    Cons

Very difficult if your trying to advance on the federal side since promotion is based on rolling basis which means you never know when its going to happen. You have to really get in good with people at the higher level if you want to have a chance to advance and get a nice bonus. Promotion depends on how well you perform on your level against peers, but we all contribute differently so it's tough to judge so it's all on your Manager speaks on your behalf.

    Advice to Management

Suggest they change the promotion process so employees know when there up for promotion. When it's on a rolling basis you could end up waiting years to get promoted.
