Pros

Allows work life balance. Great experience. Nice training program. Lot of opportunities and choices.

Cons

Worst part is the boundaries within work forces, worst evaluation process. They prefer consultancy work force you are fine.. else you will stuck at same position for long time.

Advice to Management

Improve evaluation/promotion process

Accenture is a difficult place for experience hires. You will very quickly find yourself in a place that values not independent thinking, but get in line, don't ask questions, and get stuff done. You can play by your own rules, but don't expect to get very far because the rules are not easily re-written in an organization this size. If you put your head down and do what your told, work long hours, and get aligned to the right people (which can be mostly luck), then you will do well and learn a lot. If not, you will not do well and learn a lot. I say go for it, just do it with your eyes open. Also expect that not everyone has good intentions for you. The annual review process is designed to make winners and losers regardless of performance. This system naturally creates fierce internal competition...welcome to the shark tank

    Advice to Management

I could tell you what would keep me engaged and calling Accenture home, but that is not what makes Accenture's business model work. I would say my only advice would be to be totally transparent during onboarding and interview process. There are benefits to working to Accenture, but there are also may costs.
