    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Incredible knowledge sharing, globally.
Some of the brightest people you will come across.
Very good internal collaboration and knowledge sharing tools

    Cons

hours and work load can cause damage!
as you become more senior you are increasing responsible to carry very, very heavy loads
clients expect detailed knowledge and experience, sometimes this just pust more presure on the senior leads as they are the only ones with this knowledge

    Advice to Management

Be honest with the skills that your people have; you can't expect a new Analyst to transform a client or a Senior Manager to carry the full load across multiple clients and sell more work

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    It's well known, that's a positive right.
They do have resources for self study and improvement and you can build a deep network there.

    Cons

Everything else, overall i didn't like my experience there. Pay was low, chance for advancement was based on some quirky peer regional system, and the majority of the assignments in my region were uninteresting.

    Advice to Management

Better explain the methodologies used for the up and out system, career advancement, and pay. Don't count corners in order to price lower
