    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Pay is decent out of college
    Traveling can be a plus
    Lots of different business/career paths
    Lots of "training available"

    Cons

    Lack of career path
    Dog eat Dog system
No one looks out for your interests
Only focus on getting staffed regardless if you want to take the role or not

    Advice to Management

Focus on career path, try to explain what they can do instead of just focusing on getting that first role. Training is pathetic and out dated

Good for building skills and the name is great to have on your CV

People are generally undervalued and treated like assets to be 'deployed'. Very few strong bonds amoung the group. Performance management system create unnecssary tension and competion

    Advice to Management

Realise people aren't machines. Spend time genuinely building the community - it could be something great
