- good starting point if you want to work in th eprojects, strong project mgmt practices

- career model is strickt (pyramid)
- compensation is lacking in the lower analyst, consultant, mngr? levers compared to the industry (you get paid better in the = clients / smaller competitors)
- some projects require significant overtime (typical to the mgmt consultant industry)
- learning possibilities (=budget restrictions)

- better learning possibilities (=budget restrictions, compulsory core trainings take all the budget / time in the first 1-4 years )

    Pros

    It's a good resume builder, has great training programs, easy access to leadership, the people you work with make it enjoyable, networking opportunities, many different areas you can develop your career in.

    Cons

    Inefficient promotion laddering system, promotion eligibility is on a schedule, salaries are not as good as some of its competitors.

    Advice to Management

    Provide more support / guidance to new hires, especially when being introduced to the performance review cycle. Ensure all employees have a career counselor who reach out to the new hires and not make it the responsibility of the employee.
