Pros

Everyone works hard and is very smart. This is a company full of Type A personalities and everyone is motivated to get work done.

Cons

Some people can be very competitive and there are some difficult people. However, how is that different than what you would have at any large firm?

Advice to Management

Keep providing more career opportunities to junior team members. Offer a longer maternity leave (Accenture offers 2 months paid and only guarantees job for 4 months, whereas competitors offer up to 6 months of paid maternity leave).

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great corporate culture, great work-life balance on average (for a consulting company), great diversity of projects available

    Cons

Career development is really driven by self-initiative, and a willingness to "play the game" of the company. It is often very difficult to find roles that truly align to your core competencies. It is also extremely difficult to switch between operating divisions (SI to MC, for example, but even from one specialization to another)

    Pros

Varied roles and projects to work

    Cons

Due to the large size of the Organization, Growth in terms of moving up the ladder is very very difficult

    Advice to Management

Kindly put an emphasis on facts before perceptions
