    Pros

Great culture, outcome based, people are smart and hard working. I appreciate the company values and the commitment to the community.

    Cons

Difficult to move beyond manager level role, don't like the forced performance ranking when you lead a team of high performers.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great business experience. Highly valued by other companies when you leave.
Plenty of training opportunities, both classroom and on-line.St. Charles is a great experience with lots of alcohol, but remember, they are always watching.
Numerous career paths and opportunities to change.
Competitive wages and benefits. Lots of Payed Time Off (PTO).

    Cons

They will work you like a dog and show no gratitude.
Good luck using all that PTO.
Your sole purpose is life will be to make a Partner (Senior Executive, Managing Director, etc.) look good.
Laddering, which determines raises, bonuses and promotions is highly political. Basically a contest to see who can kiss-up best.
The corporate direction is to move every role possible off-shore.

    Advice to Management

    We're people, not headcount.
