      Pros

      - Not micro managed - plenty to do - allowed to use your own initiative - given full responsibility for your work - regular meetings with your managers

      Cons

      - career development not pushed due to everyone being so busy - company is very busy and expanding so require some review on operational structure to keep control. Its all a bit manic as it stands with customer base increasing.

      Pros

      Access was a great place to work while it existed. There were constant challenges and opportunities to learn. The employees were challenged to make a difference.

      Cons

      Access Group was practically dissolved with all but a mere 5% of its employees left to carry on the name. If your difference didn't work there were consequences.
