Job Security and Layoffs: We understand that sudden layoffs can create an atmosphere of uncertainty and anxiety. The recent redundancy process which took place this year was a single event due to the recent challenging tech environment. The suggestion redundancies occur twice a year is incorrect. We are actively reviewing our workforce planning strategies to ensure greater transparency in this area.
Management and Support: It is upsetting to hear about incompetent management and lack of support. We are committed to continuously coaching our managers in leadership, communication, and empathy.
Work Culture and Harassment: A toxic work culture and harassment are unacceptable. We are committed to a safe and respectful workplace, with policies and training to prevent harassment. Please report any incidents so we can take immediate action.
Compensation and Work-Life Balance: We regularly review our salary structures for competitive pay and support work-life balance with hybrid, flexible working arrangements.
