Pros

Friendly environment, excellent employee referral program, 401(k) match, huge potential for growth and career advancement, fair compensation

Cons

Layout of Atlanta office makes it somewhat difficult to get to know employees in other departments, but they have events at least once a month where employees interact with each other

Advice to Management

Would like to receive more updates on the company's status, employee recognition, etc.

    Pros

    Prime location
    Above average amenities
    Decent paid tme off policy
    Pleasant, knowledgeable front line talent
    Fair salary compared with industry
    Emphasis on customer facing technology

    Cons

This company is poised for growth and to position itself as an key player in the non-standard auto insurance industry. However, the lack of clear, definitive goals coupled with the incompetence and arrogance of the senior leadership team has created a siloed environment that frowns on collaboration and resource pooling. I joined the organization thinking that I could utilize my talent and experience to make a positive impact, but quickly saw that was not an option here. Please do more homework than I did before deciding to join this organization. If you know someone on the inside, talk to them and LISTEN CAREFULLY to what they say,

    Advice to Management

The company is entirely too top heavy and there needs to be some serious cuts at the executive level. The executive level does not really know where they want to take the company, and that is evident in the lack of specific, measureable goals that are set for the organization. The leadership needs to seriously invest in communication - no one talks to each other and no one works together. Organization and planning would do the executive level leadership some good as it appears that they just fly by the seats of their pants. I have personally never seen anything so dysfunctional during my tenure in the industry.

    Pros

    1. 19 days paid time off (includes sick time)
    2. Friendly coworkers

    Cons

    Very high turnover
    No training
    No career growth plan
Excessive focus on irrelevant things (everyone must arrive before 9, there are meetings just to ensure people do arrive by then)
Meetings with no agenda. People dont show up at all or show up very late, wasting others' time.

    Advice to Management

Seek feedback from employees, they don't feel respected at all. Invest in training the staff on technologies they are expected to know well.
