          Pros

In the face of adversity, the workers remained resilient, finding joy in their work and never giving up on their quest for workplace justice and honor.

          Cons

The grim reality of poverty and exploitation weighed heavily on the employees, as they struggled to provide for themselves and their families in the face of oppressive working conditions and meager wages. The lack of job security and benefits hampered their ability to plan for the future and build a better life, as they were forced to live paycheck to paycheck and had no safety net in case of illness or injury.

A few jobs applications I applied have been sitting for more than 2 months as active status. I even message some of the hiring managers that interviewed me. What is that even mean at this point?
