    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Accounting Principals as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    No pros about working here.

    Cons

Sales and recruiters would have arguments out on the floor and they would be yelling at each. Too little of pay for the duties given. In order to move up you must be a Crossfit Strong person or kiss up. No one knows how to get things done and would tell me to figure it out myself. If it was done wrong then I would get in trouble and have to have a meeting. When asked how to do it correctly they would say they don't know and figure out yourself.

    Advice to Management

Clean out your Dallas office and hire good, hardworking people and compensate them accordingly.
