    I worked at Accredo Health

    Pros

There were no pros after Express Scripts took over. There were and continue to be massive layoffs at the Memphis campus. This place is best suitable for call center reps, not working professionals. A paycheck is pretty much the only pro if you were hired under Medco and not ES

    Cons

Better as Accredo before the Medco merger and Express Scripts acquisition. There was no job security after Express Scripts took over. Very Stressful and went home with a migraine almost every day.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with employees about their job security. Give them the options to look elsewhere and not be blindsided by termination.

I have been working at Accredo Health full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Its a pro that Cigna has bought Accredo and there merging I see great changes already.

    Cons

There definitely should be a grace period clocking in. There's about 700 employees to a limited amount of time clocks

    Advice to Management

Promote people that actually know the function of the job.
