I have been working at Accruent full-time (More than a year)

Pros

They really take care of their employees. They give you unlimited PTO, great insurance plans, and the pay is very fair.

Cons

The company is growing, so there is not much room in the office and the company can appear a little unorganized at times. It can be hard to get questions answered or know who to ask.

Advice to Management

Set up a better way of getting information to your employees

I worked at Accruent full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Flexible hours/ oPTO, management nice about letting you take off
    - Individuals and teams are well recognized for successes
    - Good place to go and learn about how enterprise grade tech companies functions and what technologies you should focus on for this route

    Cons

    - Compensation is well below industry standards especially with skyrocketing living costs in the area
    - "Work/Life Balance" means working 60+ hours per week for 1 year + to maybe get a slight bump in salary that is still below entry level wages so its quite easy to get burnt out
    - Limited career opportunities for some positions
    - Mediocre benefits, good health plans burns a hole in already low base salary, no 401K match, no stock options

    Advice to Management

Look out for your employees more if you want them to stick around longer then a year or so

I worked at Accruent full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Accruent is a great company, and generally provide great products to their clients. The work space is nice, and they are aiming high and reaching their goals. There are many people who know how to get stuff done and know how to execute in management.

    Cons

The compensation is entirely inadequate, most of the employees in the Engineering and Support departments are running ragged, because they are doing the work of 2~4 people, and being compensated about 75% of what someone doing 1 persons worth of work in that position should earn.

    Advice to Management

The presentation on how people move up in Accruent was insulting to the employees intelligence. The way the employee satisfactions servery is presented playing off the fact that the company thinks the compensation is very dissatisfying and is played off it, "well that's not the way we do business" is highly insulting for those who are putting out and working over time constantly and seeing no additional compensation.
