    Pros

    The people, the pay, flexible remote working for many teams, especially in the time of COVID-19. Depends on the team of course but many are incredibly inclusive and it doesn't even feel like we are all remote!

    Cons

    A little on the "everything is a fire" side of things, but still totally a positive work environment.

    HORRIBLE TOXIC WORK CULTURE ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN AND MINORITIES!!

    Opportunity to build reel for on-air talent.

    Cons

    -Toxic work culture where management doesn't listen to employees especially if they are minorities or women. -Incompetent leadership where people are hired for positions they are unqualified for. -Management treats white employees different from minorities. -If you speak out against the workplace culture, or safety your voice will not be heard by management and you will be let go. -History of sexual harassment at workplace that continues to be covered up. -No consideration from management about work-life balance for employees. -Entire news gathering system is disorganized including being a national news outlet that does not have a news desk. -Company is not progressive when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Many employees of color have left within the last two years. -Below market pay for most on-air talent -Employee yearly review system is not consistent across various departments within the company. -No room for growth because there is no consistent feedback on your work from management. -Management not held accountable for their mistakes as they can pretty much say or do whatever they want. Witnessed a manager repeatedly fail at their job only to be reassigned several times.
