Pros
Working remotely was a point of advantage for me when I joined. That's the only thing I liked during my time.
Cons
The management of the company was poor. Their attitude about workload distribution was the worst. I had to tackle an insane amount of work that led to excessive stress, exhaustion, and even distress. I was glad to leave as I could avoid brutal hours where I was going.
