Pros

Sometimes good work hours
Staff is usually reachable via mobile phones

Cons

Being told there will be 100% of work the following day, no work for two weeks
Sometimes not getting paid, need to go in the office and request for the money
Particular people from staff like to cheat and manipulate people

Advice to Management

Increase quality of the human resources and look what your staff says to the people
