I have been working at Acosta part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Like the job and clients I service

    Cons

Management does not get along. When your UM and the Senior UM do not get along, watch out. What a bunch of naysayers. Nothing ever positive, always negative.

    Advice to Management

If you can't get along, then someone should go because it is the RCM's that pay the cost

I have been working at Acosta part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -ok pay for little experience

    Cons

    - 1+ hour commute to each of 8 stores
    - abusive team leader who regularly ridiculed employees to store workers
    - no training, on day one I arrived at my first store, was given a planogram and told to just go do it, no explanation of what it was I was to be doing.

    Advice to Management

Watch who you have as team leads, some people get so comfortable that they won't be fired that they begin to abuse their employees.
