Pros

Flexible hours, if you get job done fast you get paid for the estimated duration of the call. Relatively straightforward work. Supervisors are nice as long as you are a good employee.

Cons

A lot of driving required, not good mileage reimbursement. Some stores give you a hard time. Can be scheduled for a call the night before.

Advice to Management

Let me know if you decide to assign a call for me at least 48 hours in advance.

    There are none, sorry company.

    You have too much work and do not get overtime. Don't get mileage

    Advice to Management

    Share some of the bonuses you get from the manufactures. You have lost the integrity and loyalty of this company. You get what you pay for. You are losing clients because you treat you employees like they do not matter.

    I worked at Acosta full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Big company, good benefits, regular pay. I really liked the "job".

    Cons

    Poor management, no support to deal with issues, very poor communication between management, low pay.

    Advice to Management

    I am only familiar with one account and it is a very large account which continues to fail. The management I worked with was very disrespectful to their customer and I refuse to work for a company that management presented themselves that way. Also the Sr. Leaders I worked with all couldn't stand each other making it impossible to win for the customer. The time I was there I found none of my peers could be trusted.
