I worked at Acosta full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Atmosphere, Passionate Employees, Talented Graphic Designers

    Cons

Poor Compensation, Little Upward Mobility, Unclear Understanding of What They Want to be.

    Advice to Management

Look at your business and understand what kind of company you are, then grow from there. Don't try to shoe-horn your company as something it most-likely won't ever be.

I have been working at Acosta full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company has wonderful employees. Everyone is willing to help each other regardless of their work teams. While this may look like an 8-5 job, in most cases everyone is putting in 10+ hours a day.

    Cons

The compensation for the volume of work is very poor. Employees rarely receive raises. The employees are overworked. The company is always looking to cut corners and that typical comes from the mid level workers.

    Advice to Management

Give raises to keep your employees happy.
